  • Classes are for all levels and abilities, from super gentle flows to more energetic. They'll be an underlying theme throughout to help create a calm, regulated nervous system for you to flow through life with a little more ease.

  • Once you have signed up, all classes can be accessed whenever you like, to practice at your own pace. Dip in and out at your leisure. You will always receive a 7 day free trial on sign up with the option to cancel at anytime.

  • "I started yoga with Sarah 3 years ago as a complete beginner. Every week is a different combination of familiar or new moves in a continuous flow. There are always options for whatever level you want to take or how much you are comfortable to do. All moves are counterposed and I have never once felt any next day aches or pains as a result of class but walk out feeling stretched and rebalanced. We have had some wonderful beach classes when the weather is with us and I was lucky enough to get a place at the first Castle session which was amazing. I would be lost without the classes now and feel so fortunate to have such an experienced and knowledgeable teacher who is also a lovely person."

When the lockdown started you were an absolute godsend and then I couldn't wait when you restated the Mynydd classes. Much of my newfound dedication is owed to you and your zen, the all-comers welcome attitude and the gentle atmosphere of the lessons. It really has been an absolute pleasure yoga-ing with you (new verb!) and I can only thank you for inspiring me to attend each week (bar ski and covid interruptions).
