Môr-ning Green Smoothie

Spring has sprung and smoothie season is here.

Just blend the ingredients with water or your favorite plant milk, and you’ve got a refreshing, nutrient-packed boost ready to go.

Here’s one of my all-time favorites:

  • ½ ripe avocado

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ¼ cup cucumber

  • 1 stick of celery

  • A handful of spinach

  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger

  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

  • Plenish almond or oat milk (no nasties!)

Simple, energising, and packed with good stuff.
