I’ve created this offering from own experience of feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and disconnected. Across four sessions (weekly or fortnightly), we work together to slow things down, create space, and reconnect with yourself.

30 minute consultation (in person or online) to personalise your sessions
4 × 1-hour gentle yoga practices
Breathwork tailored to your energy and stress levels
Grounding rituals to take away and weave into your daily life
Optional coastal walk / sea dip (movement + breath in nature)

  • I would usually come to your own home or space you feel comfortable with. Hiring a space is also an option at an additional cost.

    I offer private sessions either in person (both in Exeter and South Devon) or online.

  • Not at all. It’s a steady restorative gentle yoga approach where you can take tools away with you to practice in your own time.

  • Each session blends gentle movement, somatic practices, breathwork and grounding rituals. You won’t be rushed - everything is paced to support your nervous system regulation and reconnection.

  • it is but it’s a bespoke journey just for you and your needs - it will be slower, and intentionally restorative at times. This is for people who want a deeper shift, not just exercise.

  • Absolutely, it can be a thoughtful gift for someone going through a stressful period, or they just really want some time for themself and some tools to integrate into their daily life.
